Shipping policy

At Chatter’s Soap Co., each item is carefully handcrafted and packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or special launches, processing times may be slightly extended. You will be notified if any delays occur.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Chatter’s Soap Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, we are happy to assist where possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
